Sun, Jun 8, 2025, Ceremonies and Pilgrimage at Myall Creek site 10 am-3pm

Wellspring community people have been a part of the Myall Creek Massacre memorial events since their beginning. We have made the pilgrimage journey to remember the first and only place where Europeans were held responsible in a court of law and punished for massacres of First Nations’ people. It is a moving and yet inspiring ceremonial time organised by a joint committee of First Nations and later settlers.
